Who We Are

A Workshop, Not a Factory Line

Saad Leather is a small leather house based in Lahore. We design, cut and finish jackets, bags, wallets, belts and everyday accessories in our own workshop — not as a catalogue of trends, but as a set of patterns we are prepared to stand behind for years.

The brand exists because we wanted leather goods that look considered on day one and better on day one thousand. That means slower production, fewer SKUs, and a stubborn preference for full-grain hides over anything that photographs well and falls apart.

Craftsmanship

Hands, Patterns and Patience

A jacket is only as good as its block. A wallet is only as good as its fold. We develop patterns in-house, cut them by hand where the grain demands it, and stitch on machines we actually know how to service. Edges are burnished, not merely painted. Hardware is chosen for weight, not shine.

It is not romantic for its own sake. Hand work is used where it produces a better result — and skipped where a well-set machine does the job more cleanly.

Quality Control

Nothing Leaves Unchecked

Before a piece is packed it is checked for stitch tension, edge finish, hardware seating, lining alignment and overall hand-feel. If it does not meet the standard, it does not ship. There is no “seconds” bin that quietly becomes a sale rack.

That last inspection is slow on purpose. It is the difference between a product that looks finished in a photograph and one that still looks finished after a year of real use.
